FY Bag Custom operates its own vertically integrated factory in Guangzhou, Guangdong — with design, sampling, cutting, sewing, printing, and QC all under one roof. That’s how we maintain 100% inspection on every makeup bag order and serve 1,000+ international clients year after year.
FY Bag Factory began as a small handbag workshop in 2010. Leather hide grade verification, thickness measurement, color match against approved swatches, and defect screening for scars and tannery inconsistencies before cutting.
Pre-Production Sample Approval

In-Line Cutting Inspection
