Option A — Existing Sample
Evaluate our quality quickly
We send you an existing bag from our showroom or recent production runs. You evaluate the fabric, stitching, hardware, and construction quality firsthand. Not your final product — but a real bag from our factory that represents our production standard.
Best for: First-time buyers evaluating factory quality; brand owners comparing factories; anyone who wants to touch the product before discussing custom specs.
Option B — Custom Prototype
Your design, your specs, your bag
We build a prototype to YOUR exact specification — your design, your fabric, your color, your logo, your hardware. This IS the bag you’ll sell. You evaluate, request revisions if needed (free), and approve for production. The prototype is the single most important step — it’s the physical contract between what you want and what we’ll produce.
Best for: Buyers ready to develop a specific product; brands with a design brief or tech pack; Amazon sellers validating a product concept.
How to Request a Sample — Step by Step

Email or WhatsApp us with: (a) the bag type you’re interested in, (b) whether you want an existing sample or a custom prototype, and (c) if custom — your design brief, tech pack, reference photos, or even a rough sketch. Don’t have a tech pack? We’ll develop one with you as part of our free design consultation.

We Confirm & Quote
Within 24 hours, we confirm: sample type (existing or custom), estimated cost (if custom prototype), courier options and cost to your address, and timeline. For custom prototypes: we confirm fabric, color, hardware, logo, and dimensions before production begins.

We Build & Ship
Existing samples: ship within 1–2 days. Custom prototypes: built in our sample room (6–8 dedicated technicians) in 5–7 days, then shipped via international courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Tracking number provided on dispatch.

What to Include in Your Sample Request
The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurately we can prepare your sample. Here’s what helps.
For Existing Sample Requests
- Which bag type interests you (backpack, tote, crossbody, etc.)
- Preferred fabric (nylon, canvas, PU leather, etc.)
- Your shipping address and preferred courier
- Your project overview (so we pick the most relevant sample)
For Custom Prototype Requests
- Tech pack or design brief (AI/PDF/sketch/photo)
- Fabric preference + Pantone color
- Target dimensions (L × W × H)
- Logo file (AI/PDF/PNG at 300 DPI)
- Hardware preferences (finish, type)
- Reference images of similar products (if available)
Don’t have a tech pack or design? No problem — describe what you want and we’ll develop the spec together. Many of our clients start with just an idea and a reference photo.
Sample — FAQ
Existing samples: yes, the bag is free. You pay only courier shipping ($30–$60 typically). Custom prototypes: there’s a sample cost ($30–$150 depending on complexity) which is REFUNDED in full when you place the production order. The courier cost is separate and non-refundable.
5–7 business days from the moment we confirm the tech pack / design spec. Add 3–7 days for international courier delivery. Total: approximately 8–14 days from confirmation to your door. If custom-dyed fabric or special hardware is needed, add 3–7 days for material sourcing.
Yes — 1 round of adjustments is included at no extra cost. Common revision requests: adjust dimensions by 1–2 cm, change hardware finish, shift logo position, adjust strap length. Major redesigns (different bag structure, different fabric type) may require a new sample fee.
For existing samples: 1–2 bags is standard. For custom prototypes: 1 per design is standard. If you’re developing a collection (3–8 SKUs), each design gets its own prototype — we can produce all simultaneously and ship together to save on courier costs.
For existing samples: we send what’s available in our showroom (typically 1–2 colorways). For custom prototypes: we usually produce 1 colorway for approval. Once approved, color changes for production are handled via Pantone lab dips (no additional prototype needed per color — just a fabric swatch approval).
Your approved prototype becomes the QC reference standard for the entire production run. Every bag produced is compared against it during inspection. We store the prototype at our factory permanently (we never return it) — it’s the physical “contract” that defines what we produce. You move to a production order: confirm quantity, colorways, packaging, and shipping details.
