OEM/ODM for Amazon sellers
Customize materials, sizes, colors. Develop new products from sketches or 3D designs. Innovative packaging to stand out. Kits and bundles for higher AOV. Full tech-pack development and prototyping for sellers without design teams.
FNSKU, warnings, carton labels
FNSKU labels applied per SKU/color/size from your spreadsheet. Suffocation warnings on polybags (>5″ opening). Shipping labels. Warning stickers. Custom labeling. Amazon charges $0.55/unit; 3rd-party prep charges $0.20–$0.30; our rate starts at just $5/hour — saving you significantly at volume.
Every unit inspected, not just samples
Traditional inspection checks 20–30% of boxes. We inspect EVERY unit individually — checking for defects, logo accuracy, hardware function, stitching quality, and color consistency. Defects identified, repaired, and verified before packing. Negative reviews from quality issues = death on Amazon. We prevent that.
DDP direct to fulfillment center
Competitive freight rates — sea, air, rail. Professional freight forwarding with customs clearance. Safe, timely delivery to any designated Amazon warehouse. Global coverage: US, Europe, India, Australia, Middle East, Singapore. DDP (all duties/taxes included) so your landed cost is predictable.
Listing-ready images & video
Hero shots (white BG, 2000×2000px, Amazon main-image compliant), lifestyle photos, infographic overlays, video clips. 3–5 free white-BG photos with every production order. E-Commerce and Full Marketing Kit upgrades available. Content shot during production — delivered with your bags, not weeks later.
1–2 months, batch replenishment
Amazon FBA storage fees add up fast — especially during peak season (Q4). We offer 1–2 months of free storage at our China warehouse. Store your full production run here, then we ship to Amazon in smaller batches as your inventory depletes. Reduces Amazon storage fees, avoids long-term storage surcharges, maintains consistent stock levels.
Amazon rejects shipments that don’t meet their prep requirements. Every bag that leaves our factory passes through this checklist BEFORE it goes into the shipping carton.
Amazon classifies every product by its PACKAGED dimensions into size tiers. The tier directly determines your FBA fulfillment fee — and the difference between “standard” and “oversize” can add $3–$8+ per unit to your cost. We design and package your bags to stay within standard-size thresholds wherever possible.
| Size Tier | Package Limits | Bag Types That Fit | Strategy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small Standard | ≤ 15×12×0.75 in (38×30×2 cm), ≤ 1 lb | Card holders, flat pouches, phone bags | Flat-pack in thin polybag; lowest FBA fee tier |
| Large Standard | ≤ 18×14×8 in (45.72×35.56×20.32 cm), ≤ 20 lb | Totes (flat), crossbodies, cosmetic sets, lunch bags, bum bags, most clutches | Flat-pack bags where possible; compress backpacks to fit; longest side ≤ 18 in |
| Small Oversize | ≤ 60×30×30 in, ≤ 70 lb | Backpacks (if not compressible), duffles, diaper bags | +$3–$8/unit FBA fee; consider if retail price supports the cost |
| Large Oversize | > 60×30×30 in or > 70 lb | Garment bags, very large duffles | Highest FBA fees; rarely practical for bags |
Our approach: At the design stage, we check whether your bag (when flat-packed) fits within Large Standard limits (longest side ≤ 45.72 cm). If yes, we engineer the packaging to keep it there. If not, we flag the oversize classification and its fee impact so you can adjust the design, the packaging, or the pricing BEFORE production.
From first conversation to live on Amazon — here’s the realistic timeline for a first order.
Air freight total: ~5–7 weeks from first conversation to live listing. Best for first orders, launches, and seasonal urgency.
Sea freight total: ~9–13 weeks from first conversation to live listing. Best for reorders and non-time-sensitive replenishment.
Not all bags sell equally well on Amazon. The marketplace rewards products with clear features, photographable differences, and strong keyword demand. Here’s where bags perform best.
| Category | Top Bag Types | Why It Works on Amazon | Key Differentiator |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gym / Fitness | Duffles, gym bags | Feature-rich (shoe compartment, wet pocket), easy to photograph | Multi-function compartments |
| Commuter | Laptop backpacks | Repeat purchase, high keyword volume, features list well | Laptop size + organization |
| Lunch | Lunch bags, coolers | High volume, Standard Size, seasonal (back-to-school) | Insulation hours + wipeable |
| Cosmetic | Makeup bags, travel sets | Multi-pack sets (3-piece), gift purchases, Standard Size | Set coordination + pastel colors |
| Tote | Canvas totes | Low cost, flat-packs (Standard Size), high volume | Custom graphic + eco angle |
| Baby | Diaper bags | High AOV, repeat purchase, gift category | Insulated pockets + stroller straps |
Same as our standard MOQ: 200–500 pcs per style/color depending on complexity. Simple bags (totes, drawstrings, pouches): from 200 pcs. Complex bags (backpacks, diaper bags): from 300–500 pcs. MOQ is per style/color — not across your entire order.
No — you create the shipment plan in Seller Central (choose the destination warehouse, generate FNSKU labels and shipment IDs). You send us the FNSKU file and shipment labels. We handle all physical prep, labeling, and shipping. If you need help understanding the process, we walk you through it via video call.
Our QC team inspects EVERY unit individually — opened from polybag, visually checked for defects (logo accuracy, stitch quality, hardware function, color consistency), then re-packed and FNSKU-labeled. Defective units are pulled and repaired (or replaced from buffer stock). This is slower than sample-checking but eliminates the quality-related negative reviews that kill Amazon rankings.
Yes. Amazon’s shipment plan often splits your inventory across 2–4 warehouses. We label and separate cartons by warehouse destination, create separate packing lists for each, and coordinate delivery to all designated warehouses. One production run → multiple FBA destinations.
After production + QC + FBA prep, your bags are stored at our Guangzhou warehouse for up to 2 months at no charge. You tell us when to ship each batch (or set a trigger: “ship 500 units when my Amazon inventory drops below 200”). We handle the shipping for each batch. This reduces Amazon storage fees and long-term storage surcharges while ensuring you never run out of stock.
We monitor Amazon FBA prep requirement updates. When policies change (label size, suffocation warning text, carton weight limits), we update our prep protocol before your next shipment. If a change affects your current order in production, we flag it immediately and adjust.
Yes. European Industrial Park, Shiling Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou. Monday–Saturday. Video tours available for remote buyers.
Tell us your Amazon marketplace (US, UK, DE, etc.), bag type, target retail price, and expected volume. We’ll recommend the right product, confirm Standard-Size packaging, quote FOB + FBA prep + DDP shipping, and outline the timeline to live listing.
