Promotion Materials — FAQ
Yes. The Basic package (5–8 white-background studio photos per style) is included with every production order at no extra charge. These are professional studio shots — not phone photos from the QC station. If you need lifestyle shots, video, or infographics, upgrade to the E-Commerce or Full Marketing Kit package.
During production — using the approved prototype or first production units. Photos and video are produced in parallel with the production run, not after. This means you receive the content SET alongside (or even before) the finished bags arrive at your location.
Yes. Send your brand colors, logo files, font preferences, and any specific shot requests (angles, props, context settings). We’ll follow your visual brief. If you don’t have a brief, we shoot based on your sales channel’s best practices (Amazon, Shopify, Instagram).
