Incoming Material & Insulation Inspection
Fabric weight, GSM, water-resistance rating, and color verified. Insulation foil/foam tested for thermal retention and adhesion. PEVA lining tested for thickness and wipe-clean durability. Stroller clips tested for spring tension.
Pre-Production Sample Approval
