Packaging Brief

Artwork & Pre-Press

Our graphic team prepares print-ready artwork for hang tags, gift boxes, insert cards, and dust bags. You approve digital proofs before printing begins. Pantone spot colors specified for brand accuracy.

Packaging Production

Dust bags sewn, gift boxes die-cut and assembled, hang tags printed, labels generated — all produced while your bags are on the sewing line. Packaging arrives at the pack-out station by the time bags are ready for final QC.

QC & Assembly

Basic packaging (standard polybag + hang tag) is typically included. Upgraded packaging (branded dust bags, gift boxes, custom insert cards, eco options) is quoted as a per-unit add-on. We itemize packaging cost separately so you see exactly what each element costs.

Can I see a packaging sample before bulk production?

Yes — packaging samples are produced alongside your bag prototype. You receive and evaluate the physical hang tag, dust bag, insert card, and gift box (if applicable) together with the bag sample. Revisions are made before production begins.

Do you handle Amazon FBA packaging requirements?

Yes. Poly bags (1.5 mil, self-seal, suffocation warning), FNSKU barcode labels (300 DPI, scan-verified), carton labels (shipment ID, box content), and carton weight compliance (≤ 23 kg). We’ve been FBA-prepping since 2015 — zero inbound rejections is our standard. See Amazon FBA Solution.

Can I use eco-friendly packaging for all elements?

How much does gift boxing add to the per-unit cost?

Depends on box type and complexity. Folding box: +$0.50–$1.50/unit. Rigid box with magnetic closure: +$2–$5/unit. Includes printing, assembly, and tissue paper. We quote per design — send your brand spec and we’ll confirm the exact cost.

Can I provide my own hang tag or insert card design?

Yes — send print-ready artwork (AI, PDF, or high-res PNG) and we’ll produce it. If you don’t have artwork, our graphic team will design it based on your brand guidelines — free design service for all production clients.

Does packaging ship separately from the bags?

No — packaging is assembled ONTO your bags before shipment. Bags arrive at your warehouse (or Amazon FBA) fully packaged, labeled, and ready to sell. One shipment, not two.
